Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
