Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Ashton Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
