Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Summit Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
