Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Junction Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
