Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark North Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
