Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
