Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
