Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Detroit, MI)

Bright Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
