Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Lantern Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
