Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Ridge Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting.
