Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
