Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
