Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
