Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting.
