Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Rook Markets is a Buffalo retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
