Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fern Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
