Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
