Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
