Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Boise, ID)

Bright Ridge Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
