Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
