Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Loom Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
