Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
