Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting.
