Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
