Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Summit Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
