Senior Product Manager - internal tools (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Granite Financial is a financial-services company in St. Louis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
