Senior Product Manager - internal tools (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Union Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
