Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Seattle, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
