Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Seattle, WA)

Nova Amber Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
