Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Seattle, WA)

Nova Haven Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
