Senior Product Manager - internal tools (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
