Lumen North Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
