Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Richmond, VA)

Bright Iron Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
