Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Richmond with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
