Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Foxglove Bright Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
