Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities Group is a facilities company in Omaha with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
