Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
