Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around El Paso, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
