Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
