Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Meadow Markets Group is a Providence retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
