Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
