Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
