Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Medical Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
