Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Financial Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
