Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Summit Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Kansas City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
