Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Nova Mill Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
