Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen Wilder Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
