Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
