Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Pine Financial Partners serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
