Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
